Ingredients

2 cups Neilly’s Jerk Rice Mix
4 1/2 cup Water
1 tsp. Salt (optional)
2 TBSP Olive Oil

Directions

In a medium saucepan, boil water.
Add Neilly’s Jerk Rice Mix, salt and olive oil. Stir.
Cover with lid. Allow to cook on medium heat for 15 minutes or until water fully absorbs and rice is cooked.
Pair with your choice of chicken or seafood.
Serve and enjoy!
