Ingredients
16 oz Neilly's Jambalaya Rice Mix
1/4 inch small diced red onion
1/4 inch small tomato
1/4 inch small red bell pepper
1/4 small green bell pepper
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
6 oz butter (Substitute with olive oil if needed)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 oz peas
4 oz diced carrots
10-12 lbs. Turkey
5 oz. salt
5 oz. black pepper
2 large ground fresh white onions
1 large ground tomato
1 medium ground carrot
1 cup ground fresh garlic
1 cup olive oil

Roasted Turkey
Directions
Neilly's Jambalaya Rice Stuffing
Follow cooking instructions on packaging to cook rice
Stir fry all ingredients in butter
Mix with rice and serve as stuffing with Turkey
Roasted Turkey
Preheat over to 375 degrees
Take turkey out of bag
Remove all giblets from the turkeyW
Wash the turkey and pat dry
Mix all ingredients in bowl
Rub entire turkey with ingredients inside and out
Allow to stand for 30 minutes
Place turkey on Roasting pan
Cover with parchment paper in place in oven
Cook for 2.30 hours
Remove parchment paper and cook for another 30 minutes until golden brown
Remove Turkey from oven and set aside to continue cooking
Stuff with Neilly's Jambalaya Rice
