Sauteed Watercress in Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
4 bunches of fresh watercress (washed thoroughly)
6 oz olive oil
1 Tbsp minced fresh garlic
1 medium onion (diced)
1/2 red bell pepper (diced)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat
Add garlic and oil and sauté for 2 minutes
Add watercress, bell peppers, salt and black pepper
Stir constantly for 1-2 minutes until leaves are wilted
Serve & Enjoy!
